• PayPal & International Credit/Debit Cards:
  • We integrate PayPal as our global payment gateway. You can securely settle your order using your PayPal account balance or major international cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) processed securely via the PayPal checkout interface.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Available for ready-to-ship collections within Vietnam only. You are fully entitled to inspect the packaging and the piece before handing the cash to the courier.

2. Deposit Policy for Bespoke & Custom-made Jewelry

Since custom-crafted silver pieces are tailored strictly to your unique specifications (personalized engraving, custom ring sizing, or custom wax molding):

• A deposit of 50% to 100% of the total order value is required before our artisan silversmiths begin crafting your piece.
• The remaining balance (if any) will be settled once the item is finished and ready to be shipped.
• Note: Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the fabrication process has officially commenced.
