• Inspecting and tightening loose clasps, jump rings, or joints caused by daily wear.

2. Technical Warranty (06 Months)

• Validity Period: 06-month warranty against structural and craftsmanship defects starting from the delivery date.
• Coverage:
  • Cracks or broken solder joints caused by technical crafting issues.
  • Adjustment or replacement of clasps if a manufacturing defect is identified.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover jewelry that has been severely deformed, crushed, or broken due to strong external impact, or damaged by improper exposure to harsh chemicals.

3. Resizing & Personalization Services

• Sizing Support: For rings or bracelets, we offer resizing support (enlarging or downsizing) within 07 days of delivery if the initial fit is incorrect.
• Custom Engraving: Additional requests for engraving names, dates, or symbols after delivery will be accommodated at a nominal fee, depending on the complexity of the design.
